All stock and prices (UK Pounds Sterling) are subject to availability; please allow up to 7 days for delivery - however, it is possibly to fulfil orders sooner than this, so please let us know if your order is urgent.Postage is quoted at source and there are no hidden extras.
Refunds/Exchanges
Any faulty product will be exchanged or refunded provided it has not been damaged by the recipient. Orders may be cancelled within 7 days of their receipt, though return costs must be met. A refund will be made within 30 days of cancellation, providing these conditions have been met and returns are in a resalable condition.
Complaints
Complaints will be dealt with promptly and in accordance with UK law.

We will try to deliver within a few days of receipt of order (allow extra where cheque needs clearance) - any delay will be notified to you immediately via email but you should allow up to 7 days in total. If your order is urgent, please let us know and we will discuss with you the soonest we can deliver it to you.
