Touch of Class in Sussex Welcome

'Touch of Class in Sussex' is a family business based in Pulborough,West Sussex and was born almost by accident from Andrew and Paula's wedding day.

Determined to have a unique day filled with glamour and fun, Paula themed the wedding 'East Meets West' to symbolise her love of Asia where she grew up and lived till 1998 and Andrew's love of the UK The wedding combined the colour, hospitality and traditions of Asia with the glamour and beauty of the countryside of England From the invitations to the marquee decorations, flowers, catering, cake, outfits and the wedding ceremony the theme was followed Paula's professional background in the customer service industry as a manager involved creating and designing events utilising her creative ideas, project management and people skills. The opportunity to use these talents in wedding and party planning professionally was a natural development.

The vintage and classic car service also stems from their wedding day. After finding out what conventional wedding car companies could offer in terms of cars and service locally, Paula and Andrew decided that the enthusiasm and flexibility that they wanted was just not there and that their own classic car collection rivalled those on offer.

Their willow gold Rolls Royce epitomised glamour and was the Asian colour of luck and prosperity and the cranberry red Jaguar was a stylish partner The cars were personally decorated to suit the theme with orchids and old English roses and photos were taken at leisure before departing on their chosen route to Arundel driven by beautifully groomed chauffeurs. It was a ride to treasure and the cars stopped pedestrians and brought huge smiles to the faces of their guests.

Paula and the bridesmaids were professionally made up on the day at home after enjoying personal consultations with their make up professional at an earlier date They all looked and felt wonderful and guests commented on how co-ordinated every aspect of their appearance was and how well everything matched with the East Meets West concept It was enjoyable, relaxing and gave the bridal party an experience to treasure. Realising how much fun and pleasure planning and organising a wedding could be Paula's business was born ……
